We'll I purchased a shamrock gas globe off eBay, seller said both glasses and frame were originals. So can anybody tell me anything about the type globe, what about shamrock? Are these common or rare or In-between?

Shamrock was based in Texas. Your globe probably dates from the 50's or 60's. Not real common but not rare either.

Wanted: Gas pump globes:Sinclair & affiliates, IL companies. Ripple bodies. Anything Sinclair, Stoll, Pierce, 4 Bros.

Cool, It don't bother me if it's note rare, I'm just glad to own one and glad it's not one of the ones that you see everywhere.
