Has anyone got a picture of an original Texaco Shepard hook pole that the 42" Texaco sign was hung by? I purchased one that was cut off after the bend but I believed at the very end of the hook it finalized into a ball like on a flagpole. I just seen a picture of one that is still standing in North Carolina and it's end looks just like my, as if on the end of the pole (Round part?) either broke off somehow or rusted off though the years. So I was wondering would anyone have an picture of one in it's original shape? I want to have a half of a ball welded back on to my, but before I do I want to make sure that's the way it was. Thanks
