I've been wanting one of these signs for awhile and have the chance to get one if all goes well towards the end of the month.. The sign is at an auction.. This is only one side of the sign I'm not sure what the other side is like.. i know auctions can get pretty crazy, but what's a fair number on this value wise? Thanks!

I need to ask, There have been way too many of these Mint signs around the past few years, are they all legit, was there a warehouse find of them?

The originals are ink-stamped with a date and a manufactures name on the bottom most of them were made by Veribrite Signs , Chicago , Illinois . With out the ink-stamped I would stay away from it .

All should be marked , not all were dated , but should have the manufactures name on it . With out that I would not buy it. Unless they are repoping them with ink stamped these days .

the 30" ones are a joke. People are still arguing that theirs are real and unmarked. they continue to be sold in major auctions and even on this site. everyone thinks that because they got it from an old collector that its real. there is a reason that everyone and their brother has had a mint one in the past 2 years. plain and simple, stay away from the 30" ones. and if you gotta have one, get one that is marked veribrite.

but yes, 48" are all good as far as I know

I think there were other makers of the 30 inch than Veribrite. Could be wrong...Dale
