Just bought my first 2 pumps last weekend, one is a Neptune 855 red seal I believe. It's just a shell basically. I have the outer sheet metal and the frame with the basic guts inside. My main concern right now is to find all the outer cosmetic stuff to restore the outside and not make it functional. Can anyone help with where to find parts??

Stavros,
To the best of my knowledge, there is not much being made for those pumps. They are not rare but still don't turn up very often. They really look nice restored when the lines are detailed.

Posting a picture will help determining what you need. If you need help you can email me a picture and I can post it for you.
Tom.

I make new faces plates; the stainless steel trim bars & the ID tag if you need those.
Email me with questions.

Here is a picture of Stavros pump. Looks like Ron has most of the parts. Hard to tell exactly what's missing since it's all apart. Hopefully you don't need a nozzle receiver, those are hard to find unbroken.

I do need a nozzle receiver! I'll take anything, broken or not. If it's broken, I'll fab the missing section and re cast it. It's just for myself. Doesnt have to be dead on 100%. I just need something to get me started.

Ron, I do need all of those. Getting a new home at the end of this month and then I think I will start these projects. Thanks!

To help you find parts, this pump was also made by the A.O. Smith Pump Co., after they acquired the Neptune Company. Except for the ID tag and the name on the faces, the parts are the same.

I have a parts manual showing all the parts, email me if interested.
