Amazing and it looks like there are 4 more waiting to be erected! I wonder how the Town's signage ordnance addressed this?

Terminology Q here. I know some of these are called banjo signs, but they sure look like a bunch of lollipops to me! Is lollipop just for the small signs, or would they apply here?

I see these as banjo, where as lollipop is more the curbside signs because of the small (sucker stick) poll with the (candy) sign above.

I didn't get a chance to meet him as it was around 7:30 am when I went by it. I would have loved too. I noticed the sign on the front of the building said something like Toy Box or Toy Shack and wondering if he had a collection inside as well. I moved to the area about 8 years ago and it's only 40 minutes from my house and never knew it was there.
