Morning Oldgasers Looks like a great day in the making here. With rain yesterday and overnight its pretty wet.

I've had computer promblems after my wife decided to work on it. So I'm excited to at least be able to post and let you guys and gals know I'm still kicking. Still not happy with it,but its working. Maybe they have class for dummies as thats us both,I'll give her credit as she knows more than I. My 7 year old grandson probably knows more than us put together. Its not fair that we didn't have computers when we was kids.

Have A Great Day All!!

Morning Lloyd and all the rest of you that visits these pages!
I was sitting at my desk this morning and reflecting back to my start in this hobby. Of course, if I think back that far, the first person that comes to mind is Dick Bennett. He probably had more influence on me than he ever realized? One of my favorite memories is his twin towers of 36B tops. The Tok 36B is one of my favorite pumps, and it seems that thru the years I was always gathering parts for that mode, hence--my own little mini-tower of 6 tops! They have all since been used or sold, as I was determined to remain a collector and not a hoarder! LOL
Memories--that's what its all about isn't it!!
Have a great day on me!!--KEVIN

Morning Loyd and the rest of you gassers. I have been pretty busy all week and just checked Oldgas a few evenings late so haven't been checking in. It's been pretty frustrating here in Florida, weather wise, as the wind has been blowing a gale most of the week. It sure has put a damper on my fishing routine as where the fish are right now is in open water where the wind really makes it tough going. This slow moving system that has pounded everyone in its path is finally here with both the relentless wind and now the rain to go with it. Hopefully it will move out tomorrow and finally stabilize and calm down the first of next week so we can get back on the water. I may go hit some junk stores today just to get out and stave off the cabin fever I've got from waiting the weather out. Have a good weekend all...GB

Good morning gang!

Been a busy past few days for me. I am trying to get things ready for next week, as I have over scheduled the shop. Weather is cooler today, highs near 30 and currently snowing. I wish spring would show up!

Have a good day everybody!

Good day all!

It's raining agin today. Yesterday we were slammed with rain and hail, and appears this weather is sticking around through weekend. Good news is I'm finally catching up on my real work so maybe I can do some damage in the shop later today and on the weekend.

Stay dry and safe everyone. Les

Bad news is we got snow again last night, good news is it's already melting. High of 50 today and 60 tomorrow. Bought another gas pump yesterday so that makes 12. I almost didn't because I was thinking where am I going to put it?!?! Then I thought of the of the rule of thumb of how many gas pumps one should have. It's what ever number you have plus+ one more. Have a good day oldgas land.

Hi everyone,

Those snow pictures sure don't look like Spring. Mid-50s here today with a gusty wind. I set the last floor tiles in my petro room bathroom today. Still have setting wall tiles on two walls and grouting to go. Every step puts me a little closer to done. Have to let the thinset mortar cure before I can get back in there.

Have a great TGIF Friday out there in Oldgasland!

Glad that stuff didn't make it east Roger! There was a light dusting of it here this morning, but you had to look hard to see it. I wish spring would quit teasing us and just get here!
