Two weeks ago we had some straight line winds come through that knocked down a bunch big trees. My property made it through with hardly any damage. Most of my neighbors got hit pretty hard.

Last Wednesday night, we had another gnarly storm come through. Power was knocked out for about 75 percent of Duluth. Our power was restored yesterday, but there are still around 11k people without power. I lost one little tree in my yard, my neighbors once again got hammered. It sounds like everybody is Ok.

Pretty goofy weather for Duluth.

FREEDOM oil items wanted.

We had the same storms roll on thru North Dakota and some areas got severe damage while others fared pretty well.
Hail was a big factor with several areas getting some major hail damage. Some areas are suffering from too much rain too.
I have been blessed with very little damage and more seasonal amounts of rain. Count my lucky stars I guess!
I'm spending the week getting ready for Iowa Gas and hope to be packed up before the weekend, so I can go fishing!
Have a great day on me!!--KEVIN

I had seen a couple of times over the last few weeks where there were wind warnings up in the northern MN area. Sure hope I don't have any trees down at the cabin or power lines messed up. The Hydro changed their policy on where they end their service up there a few years ago so now anything from the transformer pole to our cabin is on us and they don't maintain it. If there is a tree on my line it will just lay there until I get it removed. We are heading up there from Iowagas so guess I'll find out....GB
