Hi All!

I have the chance to buy this partial John Deere Plows sign. I am not sure of the age but it must be very old.

I have attached an image of the partial sign that is for sale. I was going to offer 200$ but I think that is too much for the sign. I have also attached an image of the sign as it should look whole. That one pictured sold for 6000$ at auction in 2010.

Any ideas out there?

Thanks!

Personally I see no value in a piece of a sign. but that's just me

Thank you, KZ100 and Dave's Garage, I respect your opinions!

BryceG, I think you hit the nail on the head. It could fit as a decoration among my other signs. I am thinking of offering 75$. He probably won't take it but that is the max that I feel comfortable offering. May never get that money out of it but I am not buying it to sell it so... I will let you all know what happens!

hey- I'm in for $200 all day- Petro guys are quick to turn their noses up- but if you take that to a real antique show it would sell quickly and easily just as a decorator piece. Tons of charm; great patina.
