Well, North Dakota had the worst storm in several years, this past weekend! It only lasted 2 days, and there weren't any life threatening problems because of all the advance notice, but we did get dumped on pretty hard!
The highways all across the state were closed and it prompted some facebook people to post the "closed till june" notice on top of the state map that shows the closed highways in RED.
We get to spend today digging our way out and back to what might seem normal. I'm sure all the snow removal companies were excited, as there is no shortage of work at the moment!Hope all is well with the rest of you!
Have a great day on me!!--KEVIN

Morning all. Looks like old man winter has finally arrived for the north country for sure. The extremes in weather for different parts of the country were really crazy the last few days. We had sixties on Christmas Day while you had a blizzard in ND. Driving through Mississippi yesterday we saw 80 degrees! Global warming, right? Hope everyone made it through Christmas and got what they wanted from Santa. We had a great visit with family and with two granddaughters at three and nine months there was no shortage of presents to open. Have a good last week of the year, the new one is just about upon us.....GB

This is why I'm bugging you guys so much , I'm an outside contractor here in Salt Lake , and can't work because of this . We haven't had this much snow so far in years.

I actually heard about the ND snowstorms on the radio break for my music station here in MD. Unusual...

We are expecting 1 to 2 inches of conversation snow in Maryland later in the week.

Stay safe!
