Is it just me being from Australia, or is it a common reoccurring concern for US & Canadian customers, it being near impossible to get a emailed response back from Gas Pump Heaven? ...

I purchase items from them 2-3 time per year but no where near the quantities of a big businesses..

Any thoughts everyone?

Don't feel bad . I have bought globes , holders , decals , small parts . Decals came without instructions . I emailed them twice asking for same and never did get a response. Vic66 is better To deal with and will talk to you anytime .

I've used their contact us feature on their website with no results. Calling always gets fast action. Makes me think there is a glitch with their email system as they've always been responsive. Why not give them a call and ask if they got the email?

Vics 66 is always spot on with advise and quick shipments too. I've placed online orders after hours and gotten almost immediate email about details I left out. That's customer service above and beyond to me.

Known and have done business with Andy and Diane many years and always had good luck. But I call with questions and they are spot on to answer my question.

Being on the other side of the world makes that a bit harder but will be worth the effort.
