The Portland, Oregon auto swap is coming up this year Friday-Sunday April 1,2,3, 2005. This is one of the largest swap meets in the west, and is always a great source for petroleum collectibles. Bring good walking shoes! It's over 3000 booths. No car parking is allowed in stalls, so there is lots of stuff to see. They are pretty good about keeping out 'flea market' stuff, too. There is a great antique section for your better half if she isn't into looking at rusty car parts and gas pumps. This year they have the new light rail up and running that drops you right at the door so you can avoid the parking line and $$.
