Good morning all....Am restoring a G & B mdl 80 (1935-37)and would like to have a STANDARD OIL theme...Can any of you help me with the correct globe of the era?? Also which color and style/type of decal and ad glass,..thanks Warren

You should buy the book from Scott Benjamin and Henderson. It's on gas pumps color theme the correct era color ect.pump plates

Although neither of these I believe are model 80's,(i'm no expert at all) according to globe CD, this style crown globe first appears in early 1930's. So would fall into your era.

Aren't these model 80's? Although this is from Canada based on license plate.

Steve great pictures and examples for Standard. Yes top picture looks to be a GB80, second picture looks to be a GB86, and the third picture looks to be GB80's too.

Yeah, top pump is an 80. Standard pumps of that era were solid red according to the book (and these pictures). Globe depends on grade of gas.

The third picture are model 70s. They have a one piece door with a aluminum bezel in the door. Not visible in the picture but the nozzle receiver is different than the 80, also the side panels are one piece instead of two that the 80 has.

Standard usually did not use ad glass. I have seen a couple here on the west coast that had them. If you do not want to use a crown globe you can use a globe like the pump in the middle in the third picture. It is available along with a matching decal. There are ad glass available that look like the decal on the center pump in the third picture. This is a west coast Standard theme.
