I am restoring a ECO Air Meter with a tower that provides air and water. I have a question about disassembling the hose reels assembly. How do I remove the brake shoes, springs, and shaft assembly? I have uploaded a photo of my meter and a generic photo that I found online since I do not have pictures of the my meter disassembled. Any help would be appreciated
