I picked up this globe this weekend. Here is what I think I know:
1) this style used from 46 to 54
2)appears to be original - can't find repos in this style, holder marked Capolite #216, Pat # 1,933,866

Opinions & info sought:
1) should I try to find a matching lens and repo body to display this or make the lens available to someone trying to complete a pump for this era
2) only half the body is damaged - the part without the pat notice - does anyone know where a half body might be available

the body is original. you can find a lense or they make clear ones you could put on to balance better.
