Hello, starting to piece together the erie 748 pump. The bottom has these brackets with chrome sleeves that fit overtop them. Since I received this pump all apart how are these pieces attached to pump?

Four bolts with washers. The brackets slip under the sides of the washers, then the bolts are tightened down to hold it in place. Richard
