Find someone with a hausfeld bender make your own. Try a welding shop my friend a welder has one I make sign brackets and things like this all the time.

I used something very similar to that shape to hang my big Sunoco sign. They are actually tie-downs for house trailers. Found them at my local hardware store. You can just see one of them behind my Fry Pump in this pic. Shape is almost same as what you're looking for.
