Anyone know if these were actually made? Year? Also what would the value be on something like this?

I guess I don't quite understand what you mean "were these actually made"? If you're asking if that is all original as it was made in the 1940's, then the answer is yes, the bottle carrier with the Mobiloil plate attached is all original and made for Socony-Vacuum stations in the period. Now the Gargoyle Mobiloil bottle spouts are older, going back as far as the early 1920's and 30's, but they were certainly in use for decades so could've been used in one of these carriers. I don't give values.....
