Found this Ashland Manufacturing Company car jack. I have some questions and need some help.

1. Is it indeed an a car jack for an antique car?

2. If so what kind of vehicle and what date?

3. Does anyone know what it’s value might be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Steve
