Found these wrenches inside this benette 646 I recently acquired.

Used to set cost per gallon. I found these in a lot of my pumps.

Just stumbled across this post. I might be wrong, but I believe they are meter adjustment keys. There should be a weights and measures seal on the meter that covers the meter adjustment. Once that is removed, that is where you calibrate your meter. It's been a long time since i've calibrated one of those.
