While looking at a friend's accumulation of old pull type farm plows, I stumbled upon a 20ft long gas sign pole. The owner of the farm showed me the sign (hanging in their shop) and it was a Mobil sign about 4 or 5ft wide with a bracket across the top for hanging. I've been told it's from the 30's/40's and is worth from $700 to $1000 as is. The horizontal pipe for hanging the sign is not with the pole. Sadly, they had used it for their mailbox. Can anyone confirm the age and value of the pole? Thanks in advance! Jon Patton Tribune, KS. 67879.

Are they selling the sign they had that went with it?

No. It's hanging in the shop. They just have no use for the pole. Thanks.
