i bought this at a junk store today. it has some kind of auto motive use but what? the tag is legable it says"visa-flusher"the letters under it i think are ARO

the tag also says model 78.it also has a hookup for air.it is about 18 inches tall a foot around

Though I have never seen one, I would guess it is a vacuum operated retrieval device for a.....we say it down here RAY-DE-ATER If it is north of the Mason-Dixon it is a RADD-E-ATER....It looks like the air flow through the valve would pull a vacuum sucking out the fluid through the glass. I would think there would be a drum of some kind under it....on wheels
