Dick, it's a repop. One or two others have poped up recently on ebay. The only difference is the others had more rust on the backs.

1st link is the SAME sign. Being sold by winner.
2nd link has the Blue background & RUSTY BACK.

Well guess what, this is the third time this exact sign has appeard on on Ebay this year. Here's a pic I copied off ebay about six months ago. If you look close the chips on the corners have the same shape.

Looks like no one wants to keep it.

Don't know what the complete deal is but the seller is a huge collector in CA. and very honest. Even the best get stung. He did add
