So.... I bought a couple of goodies from e-bay. All smalls, so the shipping was $1.75, not bad. The package arrived, 93 cents postage from an office postage meter, I can live with that, but, an envelope marked "Postage Due" for the remaining 43 cents!!!! I'm thinkin' somthing isnt right here.....
