Curious here in Ohio...I know I'm opening myself up to some off the wall comments..but...is cornhole a popular game in your area of the country or is it a midwest thing?

If you don't know it is an outdoor board game that you toss bags of corn on to or in the hole. Like horseshoes I guess.

It has become wildly popular around here with leagues and the like for it. Just curious. Thanks.

It seems to have replaced horseshoes around here. Alot of people used to have horseshoe pits now they have cornhole boards.

OK now that you say bean bags I know what you are talking about. We play Bean Bags around here too. I am so thankful that we call it Bean Bags.

We call it just "bags" here. I had never heard of it growing up in central Wisconsin, but here in central Illinois, it's pretty popular.

my redneck neighbor built his own wooden ramps/hole for his and painted them. any party going on they start playing.

Bruzer I wish it had another name.......

The kids liked playing it so much we bought a vinyl version of it at the store-same name....

When I was a kid during the late 50s, we had a beanbag toss game. The ones I remember had a clown's face on them and one tossed the beanbag into the clown's mouth.

Here I though only Wisconsin people called it "Corn Hole". From experiance if you leave the bags out at night you always find one or two ripped open and the corn half eaten out of them, racoons love the game too.
The other game played we call "Testicle Toss". Golf Balls on each end of a 12-14" piece of cloths line rope and you toss them to a piece of 1" pvc pipe.
When you ask an out of State visitor, How about a game of Testicle Toss or Corn Hole, you always get a funny look.

When I first read this it brought up visions of the disturbing scene from "DELIVERANCE" with Ned Beaty.
