Anyone traveling east or west get off that boring 4 lane and see the Lincoln Highway. State wide Lincoln Highway Buyway yard sales Aug 5 6 7. http://www.lincolnhighwayassoc.org/iowa/buyway/IAeastwest.html Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio also participate in the yard sales.

I am looking to bum a ride down to Oklahoma City late Thursday or Friday ( actually I will be more than happy to pony up for some gas ). I will be sending my truck/trailer back east and I will be picking up a rental truck in Oklahoma City to haul a load of pumps back home.
If anybody can fit me in for the ride I would appreciate hearing from you in advance so I can tie up loose details.

I'll be there wednesday to visit and meet some people and walk through I will be bringing a few cans and a orange ripple body with a single Kanotex bondified lens so if interested in globe let me know before hand.

I will be in room only G-45.
Globes: Red Ripple with bay lenses, 12.5" Amoco, Sinclair H-C, Dino, 15" Metal Neon Body, Rare Single Speadease gasoline w/naked girl, speed lines and lightnening bolts from Shreveport LA.
Signs: 32" Red Hat DSP, Vauxhaul Sales & Service DSP, North Carolina Regular PPP, Cargray PPP, Shamrock PPP's, Ford Farming Dearborn SST, ENCO DSP and several other misc. oil n gas, soda pop signs.
Also will have a other misc. items........and whatever else I drag out when I go to the warehouse this coming weekend that go with this year's theme "nothing large in size" lol.
I have pics of some of these items that I will send upon request.
Collect small Oklahoma Oil Co.'s 1920's-1940's. Barnsdall, Cushing, Eason, Marland, etc.

I will have some greatstuff, Ranger with eagle lens, a Beeline globe, a Cock o the walk single, a Hancock single, a Thrifty dog globe. a orange ripple, two repo ripples one red and one green.Derby Star on Gill with collar base, Gibble gas lens, a white eagle and a set of Cascade lens and a Cushing lens and in cans a Full Red Hat quart, a Skunk quart, a pristine Veltex quart Elkolene quart and many more including a quart full Harley.Many signs also.
