I just got a Wayne 276 pump that I am going to restore and I would like to see if I can find a re-pop top globe in the 1 piece milk glass plain red lettering of "Filtered Gasoline" (if such a reproduction exists) - or if anybody has a spare original lying around that they want gone for a reasonable price, let me know.

Check at Home Depot for a Round Ball globe w/ a 6" base, tape off lettering & either blast or acid etch.

Not a bad idea Dick - I may do that for a temporary one, or if I end up leaving it outside. You were 100% right by the way in your opinion of the model # when you pointed out it was not a 280. It's for sure a Monarch 276 5 gallon model.
