Jim, Congratulations on the 9th anniversary! I remember meeting you several years ago when I was doing my gas bashes in Portland. You are a great guy and the success of the site is well deserved! Your site has proven to be a valuable asset to our hobby. I feel it is becoming the 'glue' that bonds many of us crazy people that love the history and collectables of the American service station. I appriciate all that you have created here for all of us to enjoy. Thanks, Jim! Mike Slama

Thanks

Jim, Sorry, I'm a little late to the party.

I credit your site with earning me my "B.P." degree (Bachelor of Petrolania). Actually, I've probably only earned an Associate degree, but nonetheless I appreciate the education and the insight.

Thanks for all that you do!

Jim,
this site has been wonderful. I personally have met in cyberspace dozens of nice fun collectors I would not have met otherwise.
This organized cyber forum has been invaluable to collectors regarding all topics.
Plus this site has been a very good watchdog for fraudulent scam artists.

Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your hard work with us.

A heart felt "Thank you" to Jim for his dedication and effort in making this site a place where newbie and veteran petro-nuts can comfortably ask questions, answer questions and share thoughts and ideas with fellow collectors. Every time I post a thought or question I am met with warm, sincere and encouraging words from Jim and all the other members on this site. I am about to perform final assembly on a Bennett 966 that I never thought would or could be restored to such beauty. I owe it all to the words of wisdom and encouragement I sought back in September 2004.
Thank you Jim Potts and thank you fellow petro-nuts.
Much appreciation,
Dave
