We are renting a garage that used to be an atlantic gas station. We found 6 or 7 signs in the raftors. a shiny new 1940s exide double sided red and black sign was 1 of them. it has the frame that held it up too. all in great condition. the other side isnt pictured but is just as shiny. really curious if this is in demand and how much someone would appraise it at. thanks
not the clearest pic due to the crap lighting

...not unless the owner of the property gave him the signs - as he is renting the property...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

There is no way someone can estimate the value with one picture. Many factors come into play when judging condition. Just because it came out of a box does not make a sign mint. Many elements can affect signs left in boxes.

I would def lean towards it being porcelain simply because it's double sided, but I suppose there could be exceptions.
