Has anyone ever seen a CONTAINS LEAD porcelain or tin sign for a Fry 73 pump? That's the one with the tapered octaganol shaft. Were they ever used? If so, in what years.
My pump has four holes each on the front and back toward the top half of the shaft. Seems like this could be what they were for, but if so the signs would have to be bent on a skew to fit the design of the shaft. When I took the pump apart the holes only had round headed screws through them.
Thanks

I have a fry 17,that had signage, added later I guess as it was wired around body of pump, it is thin metal, not like the norm heavy one that you see. So it is possable that this one could of been bent to conform to 73. Its really rough but thinking of adding it back, during pump restore process. This don't answer your question, other then as feds changed rules, pumps that was still in use had to be up dated to comply

Correction (TETRAETHAL)- Surfing ebay two popped up on bottom of item I was watching.
Camera phone ? don't own one ,where I used to work you were dismissed on the spot if caught with one. Something about trade secrets and processes of manufacturing. HARD to find good phone that don't do tricks.
