Well, I had my first rehab appointment this afternoon and it wasn't too bad until now. Man, my whole left leg is just super tender and aching! I suppose that is to be expected--like they say "no pain-no gain". I think I'll go lay down for a while.---Later--KEVIN

My Momma always told me "No Pain-No Brain". She's a very strong woman from raising a "Dumbbell" like me. Haha
Hope the resting helps with the pain.

Good to hear from you Kevin, hang in there. Dad had both his done about 6 years ago, went through the same thing you have. He does great with them now.

Don't over do it with the therapy. Go slow and you'll be just fine in no time.

Well, it may be giving me the ability to walk safely again, but it has sure given me a lot of insight as to what handicap people have to go thru everyday and a lot more understanding of the sacrifices that others have gone thru to maintain their own way of life.
The journey thru rehab is never easy and those that have done it before me, have my admiration! I sure see things differently now, and thats a good thing!
