I have used Bar Keepers Friend on white background porcelain signs before to remove the rust stains.
I like this product because it is very gentle and doesn't scratch.
I just used a bit of water and my fingers on my signs.
May work, may not.

It looks more like fading than staining? I'd say you are stuck with what you have?

I have had good luck with a product called "Bar Keepers Friend"...This is a powder made to clean porcelain stove tops and is available at most large supermarkets and at Lowes. TRY IT ON A SMALL AREA FIRST. Some signs may have a slight dullness after you rub out the stain. A coat of car wax usually brings back a shine. Good luck.

I think Kevin is right, perhaps if you used a car wax it might even the blues out more? but probably not.

You can always do this! Not recommended though!

All joking aside, you may try some car paint rubbing compound. A little bit harsher but may help.

But K W may be right and it may be faded.

Best of luck

I use a concoction of BKF and Gel-Glos porcelain polish avail at all your big box hardware stores.
I go with a couple of blobs of polish and a few shakes of BKF and a couple swigs of ??? Then the wax on wax off moves and SHAZAM! Killer lookin' sign

L@@ks like the blue on your sign is prone to fading, kind of a factory defect, perhaps the blues were a little different pigment that made parts fade faster. The most you can do now is put car wax on it. To maybe bring back the fading.
(below is a sign that in the flange part is having the same trouble as yours)

Send it down here to me. And you wont even notice that fadeing anymore.

Hunt long and hard the good stuff still out there.
