Been working on getting these for over 7 months and finally got them today. First air meters I have ever purchased and I do not know anything about them. Woundering the values of each meter. The one on the right has a towel rack on the top of it and has the front door. Also if these are better left alone or restored, and value after restoration. Thanks, Jeremy

The one on left has similarities to my Coxsystem air water. I wonder if it was made by them.

Got to have some patience. A lot of the guys are at the "It's A Gas" show this weekend. You should get more responses and info about them in the next couple of days. I also have never seen the one on the left and only one picture of an islander with a towel dispenser. Good luck.

Jack Sims out of MO. will tell you everything you need to know most likely. Go to collectors and look him up, or wait, he probably went to that gas show this weekend. They're still Partying. ; )

I think the holes in the back are for lights to go over the top.

I love the look of both of them especially the one on the left i like how heavy the base apears on it. That being said i think the "patina" on them is awesome. Personally for me if theres enough paint left on one to enjoy it i leave it original. If its brown thats no fun. i always tell people that. The object "its 50/60/70 years old it has earned the right to stay original. But its yours do as you wish.

Hunt long and hard the good stuff still out there.
