I have a 1916 - 1918 Wayne gas cart for sale. The serial #'s on it are #239963 on the neck and #240075 on the tank. The patent tag is listed as June 13, 1916, Nov. 20, 1917, Dec. 3, 1918.
This is in great condition compared to other gas carts out there. This was used as a coolant pump for a local technical college.
I need to sell it to pay for some Christmas presents. I hate to see it go. I have other pictures that I can email you if you are interested. Make me a serious offer.

I have seen others in much rougher shape for sale at $1300 - 1400. I am looking for a reasonable offer. It is in nice shape with very little parts needed to complete. Make me an offer.

I am thinking around $1200. You never know, I might say yes.

Price dropped to $1100 obo plus shipping if needed.
This Wayne 228 is similar to the Bowser 121 if you are familiar with that unit. I really need to get rid of this before Christmas.
Thanks

This is the cart after restoration. I thought you might like to see the results. I used a base/coat clear/coat paint with 6 heavy coats of clear.
