I currently have a Beeline quart on Ebay & have gotten questions if it's real or a decal...how can I tell If it's a decal? I got the can about 12 years ago at the Des Moines show from a guy who had a few & ran 1 thru the auction & sold the rest at the auction price..I don't want to sell a bad can. Thanks for any help in telling..Ron

Check the seam area, can you feel the edge of paint with your finger nail ?

I have made Paper & water decal wrapped on new cans since 2002 & ALL of mine are dated 2002 or later @ the seam.
Vinyl wrap on OLD cans have been made by others [not me] & NONE are dated.
