Hello all. got here a super great sign. original dated am 3-53 OilZum Flange! hard to find and harder to find in this condition...I have seen then at a 9.0....and this seems to be about a 9.4-9.5 range grade. offers or trades are welcome..shipping fees seperate. Oilzum is a very sought after in super high grades...thanks for looking. pm thank you

I agree. Auction prices are not usually an accurate indication of fair market value. For instance, muscle cars would be worth x2 or x3 in the real world when compared to prices obtained at Barrett Jackson.

What two wealthy bidders, to lazy to do their own leg work are willing to pay is usually more than what the open market is willing to bear.
