So Saturday checking out ebay I come up on a signal PP #221365750191 just listed buy it now $450.00 Looks to Good to be True! So I Buy it This is what I bought! This is what I Got!!
The funny thing is they stole this picture from another auction!!! Just to show a lot of Dirt Bags out there! Jim

The real one ended up in San Diego! I would have been really mad if that on showed up though. You shouldn't have a problem getting your money back on that, one good thing about eBay.

I was telling DB the other day that although there is a lot to complain about Ebay if you are a seller, I'm sure glad there are protection plans in place now for the buyers. Years ago before buyer's protection, I was in a similar situation with a $700 piece of Roseville pottery. The vase I received was definitely NOT the piece shown in the auction. When brought to the seller's attention, he added insult to injury by accusing me of a "bait and switch" tactic. Needless to say I still have that $700 POS vase to remind me of the "old days" of buying at your own risk, and hoping if something was wrong you had an HONEST understanding seller to deal with!

that's some ugly @#$#, outright theft and a word of advice, no one should contact this seller until Jim get's his money back, don't want to tip anyone off or give them ideas. see previous comments
