Hey guys,
I have a narrow body Wayne 866 and was wondering if anyone out there has or could direct me to someone who does have an extra "horseshoe" for holding the computer glass in. My restoration is on hold and I need help!!
Thanks in advance.

The clockface version of the Wayne 60 the 866 uses a different style horsehoe to hold the glass as much more of the face is exposed. I had been looking for a few years and could not find one for my wide body 866. Joe Yocom who posts on this site and makes replacement clocks for for several pumps reproduced the glass retainer for the Wayne 866. I don't know if the wide body and narrow body use the same size. I know his repro works on the wide body version.

Mine fit a wide body
The narrow is different
They can be made easy with a sheet metal break...1 Peice..they only look like the original from the outside...the original is compiled of 8 welded peices

I know the wide and narrow are different...hence my difficulty. But it look to me like if I took a normal narrw body horseshoe and cut it down, it would work...anyone have an experience with that? Joe, what do ya think....

If I am correct the narrow is 5/8 clearance and the wide is 1" between glass and face.
The way I have mine made is very simple...start with 2" x 36 1/2 flat metal ...bend cut and drill. I have a couple sets left for the wide body.
