I recently purchased a circa 1920s era double oil lubester. It is a Gilbert & Barker, and on the round lid it has an oval tag (2.5" x 1.5") I was wondering where I could find a nice replacement? When I restored the lubester they powers coated the org. tag
I am a little new at collecting and restoring petroliana but I love it. any help will be much appreciated!!!
Thanks,

Chris

How about applying some aircraft stripper on the tag and bubble off the powdercoat?

I could try that. I was just afraid it would ruin the tag also. Thanks, I might give that a try.
