Hi all, Does anyone know if you can buy new or a place to buy used neon insulator backing screw washers? Not sure exactly what there called, but it's the washer thing that your glass insulator screw into to hold the insulators to the sign(inside Thx Blaine

are you talking about the glass or porcelain sockets that go through the sign and have a stud on the back of them with a nut and washer

It's the thin tin like big threaded part that holds the glass sockets in place

assuming you are talking about the glass housings - you have to replace the whole thing. I've never seen the threaded "flange nuts" sold separately from the glass housing.

Oh ok, well I have boxes of original glass housings, but all the backing nuts are gone! Just seeing if you could just buy them seperately or if anyone has some and wants to sell??

I would think that they are available as new and there are probably some members who would have some used ones for sale? Post your wants in the "wanted to buy" section and you may get some answers. Pictures with your questions are always helpful too.
