any thoughts on original Shell Gasoline 12' x 12" pump plates; do originals have grommets ?

I have seen them with gromets. Originals also say Made In USA at bottom of shell.

My shell pump plates (I have two reg and super) have grommets and my pump plates don't say made in USA!

Every yellow 12"x 12" Shell pump plate is a fantasy repop. Shell never used Yellow pump plates. In some parts of the country they did have some yellow pump decals. I believe they were used in the 20s and early 30s.
