What color do you paint your Wayne 615 pump mechanism? I have seen some that look almost gray (from age?)and others like a flat black. Some look almost like the hammered dark gray. Thanks for the input.

I always use black primer on the insides and frames.

I always use a rattle can color from Auto Zone called cast iron grey. Looks like a piece right from an iron foundry. just my preference.Norm

We generally paint the frame and pump mechanism the same color as the base and cylinder area. We use single stage paint on the cast, frame and pump unit and base coat clear coat on all sheet metal.
