i was finally got this pump done so here it is i did it pure colors and i used an original wide body pure globe i think it turned pretty good


Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes.

That looks killer!!! Love the original globe on the pump... did you ever find your original sign? I guess the second paint job turned out ok? LOL

no original signs yet and the guy who gor to repaint a second time did a good job

Hey Shawn,
The pump looks great, looks a lot different than the last time I saw it. lol Now all you have to do is get started on the next one.
Be glad you didn't stay at the auction, the champlin sign went for $190 and the pontiac clock went for over $750. I only spent a buck for the Wards oil can.

Thanks Tony I was worried about this pump when I started it but it turned out nice. By the way let me know if you want to go down and look at the guys pumps tomorrow and will take a road trip.

I think im in trouble, when i started collecting i was told to stick with one brand or you will go broke. Well i started out with just texaco and now im venturing to pure.
