We are going to have a big turn out here because i am making this for everyone! I want everyone to post there favorite globe and there second favorite and if you have a third and want to post it go for it!
Anyone needs help you can send me the pictures... just label your oldgas name and if you have more than 1 picture which is your favorite one.
Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.

I ONLY HAVE 2 ORIGINAL GLOBES, SO THAT WOULD BE MY 1ST AND 2ND FAVORITES...LOL! 1ST FAVE BECAUSE IT HAS LOCAL HISTORY:  AND OF COURSE THE ONLY OTHER GLOBE BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS WHEN THIS CAME UP ON EBAY:  LIKE I SAID, THIS IS MY GLOBE COLLECTION! Hey "Maps for the Memories". The pictured globe titled "New premium gasoline" is mine. I got it with the original Fry pump from original owner farmer. He took the globe off in the early 1930's because everyone was stopping at his farm to buy gas. He can't remember what company sold the gas. I've never seen another globe like it in all of my years of collecting. Has anyone else? Sam

I want to share something on this GOTM topic! I have found globe participation has went way down because of people afraid if they post there globe someone will use there image to repop. Just want to add I can photo edit your globe picture so it has your name in the middle of the image so it makes it very very hard for someone to use your image. If you like I can edit your photo so you can have your globe in a GOTM feature. Just e-mail it to me and tell me want you want wrote.
I am open to any other suggestions on getting more participation in GOTM!

Here is a good example of the letters in white. I can do them in black also which will stand out much more.
