Chris, Just a tiny company with a few station in Denver. I had a lense that was found in Denver and then I found another one that had been found in Denver. I have never heard about it from anyone else. That is all I can figure.

Wow...there are several globes shown here that I've never seen or even heard of before. That Split Second is killer, to say the least. Thanks for sharing, Clifton.

I bought an Eaton catalog at Iowa gas that had a nice picture of a powerine station in it: Also it had a new globe discovery, the center oil pump has a Powerlube Motor Oil Globe. I am sure it looked just like the bearcat globe but with the powerlube tiger in the center. TOO COOL:

Thanks for posting those pics Scott. Any mention of Western Nebraska Oil Company? Any date? The reason I ask is Eaton Metal Products Company was a supplier of tanks and steel equipment for the oil industry in and around Denver. They were a big part of getting the W.N.O.C. started along with Fred Cramer of Powerine. They both extended a line of credit to M.H. Robineau that helped Robineau start WNOC. WNOC evenually became part of Bay before Bay and Robineau split. Robineau then started Frontier Oil Company after that split and took back control of many of the original WNOC stations.
