Cars on the can should date it. Maybe late 20's early 30's.
Just my 2 sense. No idea on value, sorry. Conditon looks a little rough.

I LOVE THIS CAN! WHENEVER I SEE IT ON EBAY OR AT SHOWS IN BETTER COND...IT'S OVER A $100 EASILY. DON'T KNOW IF I'D THROW MONEY AT ONE THIS ROUGH UNLESS IT WAS DIRT CHEAP (PUN INTENDED)!

Looking at some resources, 1925 to 1945 would be the time frame I would put it in. The segmented cap is typical of those years as well. Very cool can, condition kills all value but for a few dollars. $15-$25 would be my guess...........Dave

I noticed the can said National Refining Co. Cleveland Ohio. Which I "think" is the parent company of EN-AR-CO, never seen one with that name on it. Maybe it was a different grade of product that they marketed. Thanks for shareing. Norm Huff.

About 12 or 15 years ago I was at a little auction and watched this same image on a glass body globe-both sides very nice sell for 1200.00 and I just stood there like a stiff and watched it happen.Oh well!
