I had this 1976 Dart Sport for 16 years. It started out a a 318 car and I swapped a built 340, 727, 8.75 rear, rebiult it front to back and up and down. Sold it in '97. It's still around, haven't seen it for about 2 years, engine is changed again apparently, needs paint, etc. They don't seem to get looked after as well as the one who built them. I will have to scan some old pics of my other former rides. Kinda sucks though as I don't have anything right now. Ken.

I bought this new in 1978. Was my daily driver for many years. In 1990 it was refurbished. New paint (never did get pinstrips back on) engine rebuild and side pipes and headers to replace smog equipment. About 3 years latter New Mexico (where I lived at the time) started smog testing. Needless to say it would not pass without smog stuff so it was no longer used. Missouri (where I have lived the last 12 years) does not have any smog requirments so someday it will get back on the road. Needs transmission and brake work. I drive it around the block every few months.
