How do you guys handle repros listed on Ebay? I know ebay has a bidder interference policy - they consider contacting a bidder as interferring with an auction. I hate to see new/old collectors pay too much for fantasy items.

Several(8-10?) years back a very large quantity of Texaco signs dated 10-6-33 were produced. The signs included the small round signs and the horizontal No Smoking signs.

I checked the seller's other items and they are selling other 'newer' signs. They are very careful not to mention that the signs are old.

Hey Guys:

This auction was on ebay a day ago. Item # 7173855366. I wrote the seller and the bidder. The seller thanked me and ended the auction. The bidder no response. I saved him/her $249.00. Go figure. As far as rules with ebay. I spend enough on ebay to do as i please HA HA

I email bidders & sellers.
I figure ebay needs me more as a buyer, than I need them.
Without buyers, there is no more ebay.
