Does anyone know if M/S made a visable pump in St. Louis Mo.?

My assumption is that M&S purchased the remaining stock and possibly the dies & molds for a visible from I think Royer and sold the pump under their name.
National did the same thing with a St. Louis Pump Co. pump.
