Your Welcome!
Another great show. The traffic was present but pockets were tight...I had my usual feeding frenzy the first 15 minutes!
Gotta love that...
While out taking pictures "first thing" for oldgas I had someone STEAL an AC spark plug sign off my table!!! It had to be a vendor or early buyer because it was set up day...
I just wanted to warn my fellow vendors to keep their eyes open in this tight economy...
Here is last few pics from show...

Thanks for the pics Tom. I was at the show and heard the announcement about the sign walking off...sorry to hear that. I was hopeing that someone would have been a stand up guy and come forward with it. Sure puts ya in a bad mood when some jerk pulls a stunt like that.

Had a good time at the show. Met some Oldgassers and bought a few items. Prices seem to hold steady, lots of killer signs (way out of my league).

Weather was cold as usual. Glad the freezing rain stayed away this year. I can handle a little snow, but that ice is a different animal.

Hope all the vendors made enough to make it worth the trip.

Kurt

Tom, thanks for posting the pics... Setting up next to you and Greg (Bustermonty) was the best thing that could have happened for my first major show...

Pockets were tight and this show taught me that you gotta price things to sell...Scott Benjamin has been writing about this, and it makes all the difference at a show like this...buyers want, and deserve, a bargain...

My hats off to Tom and Greg for their insight and making the show a blast. Had alot of time to dwell on it during the 8 hour drive back... Eastern Kansas was zen-like at times...

Happy Hunting--

Tom, or anyone else that was there, do you know who and how to contact the seller with the FORD Benzol globe in the picture posted on page #2? I can read the KANOTEX globe price tage, but cannot make out the price on the Benzol... I might like to have it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers... Brian

Dan, I'm sure that the Ford sign sold. It was larger than the usual ovals. Was about 30" across. He had it marked $1800.00. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Don't know his name. He was set up directly behind Roger Cherry.Pat
