This has probably been discussed before but I couldnt find it. There are a ton of topics with "rust" in the subject, so forgive me for asking again. Does anyone have any experience with the so-called "rust neutralizers" on the market? Not the paint that encapulizes the rust like POR or Rustoleum, but the stuff you brush on and it supposedly neutralizes the rust and stops it from spreading. Positive or negative results? Brand recommendations? Thanks, John

A while back, this guy made a post here. http://safestrustremover.com/I asked for a sample, which he sent, it was the BEST stuff, that I have ever used. Very simple to use, clean, soak, rinse. The parts looked almost brand new. Although I haven't purchased any since then, I do plan on getting some.

I have used it on quick car repairs underneath where sandblast and repaint wasn't a good option with good results. If it is a situation where you want slick paint it is not a viable option. Sandblasting gas pumps and the like are the best option....Rich

Thanks. I checked the web-site. Looks amazing. A little pricey, but not too bad. I am doing the inside bottom of a car door, so it might be hard to use this stuff. Anyone have any products you can brush on?
